Water ice is the only "ice" there is. "Dry ice" if you've heard of it, is only a nickname for frozen CO2 (carbon dioxide). Everything can be an "ice." Basically, ice is frozen water. "Frozen" doesn't necessarily mean cold. Everything solid is an "ice", the way you are saying "ice." Metal is the "frozen" form of molten metal. I'm not saying you can literally go around calling everything solid "ice", I'm just saying ice is just a name of a solid form of water, which is a liquid.
ice
no because ice can freeze water.
dry ice
Oil/petroleum (gasoline?) will float on top of water as well.
salt water ice and fresh water ice
you can just use water, ice, or fighting types
Water-Type moves are strong against Fire-Types, Rock-Types, and Ground-Types. Water-Type Pokémon are strong against Fire-Types, Ice-Types, Steel-Types, and other Water-Types.
All small and polar molecules and all ionic compounds are soluble in water.
The types that are good against the ground type are water, grass, and ice types. Water and Ice types are usually profoundly effective, as the ground type is often paired with the rock type.

Ground is Super Effective against Electric, Poison, Fire, Rock, and Steel. However, if any of them are mixed with flying, it will have no effect. It is also completely unaffected by electricity.EDIT: Plus, if the other Pokémon has the ability Levitate, it won't affect it either.
No. It is played in other places besides India. Canada is famous for ice hockey.
