one of the things that the government can do is try to lessen the excavations in their country and try to reuse materials that can be to lessen the wastes in various places.
EPA (Enviromental Protection Agency) has to do a lot with this matter. They take steps to help reduce on carbon usage and conserve energy.

we can protect the flora and fauna by protecting them. We can conserve flora & fauna of a place by educating the local community of that area and also enacting the rules and regulation for this purpose.
