  • Stems: carrying water and salts from root to leaves and carrying photosynthesis products from leaves to other parts, storage of food in some plants
  • Leaves: plant factory, photosynthesis, and food (lettuce, etc.)
  • Flowers: reproduction, ovary (fruits) and anthers and attraction for pollination parts like colored petals, or just for beauty and can be food
  • Seeds: reproduction, storage, food
  • Fruits: food and seed containers, oil source
Also, any plant part can be medicinal.

that plants need sun to have energy and then they produce sugar so the leaves are the working main organs that have a function i don't know if this is true but i don't really care :) LOL!
