What is an accurate description of the cytoskeleton of a cell?

The cell cytoskeleton is a dynamic network of fibers that can be quickly dismantled and reassembled to change cell shape and the position of cell components

Microtubles are one of the components of the cytoskeleton. And i don't know the answer to microfilaments. but that is all i know, so there you go.

What are the components of cytoplasm?

The components of the cytoplasm are the cytoskeleton, ribosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, centrioles, rough [and smooth] endoplasmic reticulum, and Golgi complex

What structres carry out cell movement?

Flagella are external structures that propel cells. The cytoskeleton (I believe actin and myosin are the components of the cytoskeleton responsible for movement, but I'm not sure) is an internal structure that facilitates movement by changing the shape of the cell.
