:) hope this helps! :DIf you train to hard the danger of over-training appears. For example, your legs should rest for 72 hours to repair the muscles completely. If you train the muscle twitch before you rest for 72 hours, the results won't be satisfactory. On the other hand I can't see that there is a disadvantage for continuous training. Your upper body should rest for 48 hours before doing intense training again.
some- i would say from my experience in this subject- i would say would have to be chronic muscle tension, spasms, you may develop a mental problem such as dyslexia , migranes, and mentally tired
well if you continue to training is sport you will progress in the sport and will make you stronger and sometimes healthier phisicly but it may take you off track of your normil life
