HIV/AIDS slow down the body immune system hence the body is unable to protect itself from other diseases which leads to the occurence of opportunistic infection-an infection which would normal affect a person considered healthy.

The answer depends on where you live if you think of the social reactons and how your society will treat you.

Medical it also depends to a certain degree om where you live.

The final consequence is death. But that is the same for everyone. Death from AIDS may come after 25 years or later or earlier. It all depends on the condition of your body and its defense mechanisms - and the medicines you receive and on the food you eat and all the other habits.So you understand it is difficult to answer a question which is not spoken.
