That plateful of fried fish & chips with peas are not heavily nutritious - the frying will destroy at least some vitamins - so a dietof that alone would be bad, but it is far better than some of the fast-food outlets' mass-produced products; and has no additives other than perhaps a colour-enhancer in the peas. Really there is no such thing as "junk food" - but there are "junk diets".

4) Breakfast cereals. Have something healthy such as plain oatmeal or wheatena.
