Radagast the Brown. While Gandalf is an expert with fire, Radagast works with animals and only appears in the books. There are also two other wizards, who are the Blue Wizards; Alatar and Pallando. However, they went off into the Far East and never returned. Radagast the Brown. In the wizard/Istari hierarchy he was third.

What Creature is Gandalf?

Gandalf is a Maia, kind of an angelic spirit. He, naturally incorporeal, has been clothed in the shape of an old man for his mission to Middle-earth. Four other Maia in the shape of old men were sent to Middle Earth as well to help the Free Peoples resist Sauron. They were known as Istari or Wizards. Of the five only Gandalf, Saruman and Radagast are named. Only the fate of Gandalf and Saruman is told.

What is every wizards ever made?

There are a sufficent number of wizards in literature and myth that I would need to know which set of stories or mythologies you are referring to. If you are referring to the Lord of the Rings, for example, you have Gandalf the Grey, Gandalf the White, Saruman (all different manifestations of Gandalf), and Sauron.

What is the staff in The Two Towers by J.R.R Tolkien?

It's never explicitly stated but it appears that a wizard's staff is partially a badge of office, a sign that one is a member of the order of wizards (hence Saruman charging Gandalf with coveting the staffs of the five wizards and Gandalf breaking Saruman's staff immediately upon casting him from the order). The staffs also appear to be magical objects through which at least some of a wizards magic is invoked.
