The SEALs are a part of the US Navy. They use the same ranks as the Navy, enlisted personnel would be petty officers and chief petty officers. The Officer ranks would go from Ensign to Captain.

The US Navy SEALS use pretty much all of the Navy ratings. There are no special ratings for that unit.

They run the same ranks as the rest of the Navy. Both officers and enlisted personnel. They are more heavily cross trained than other areas.
