My advice to you is don't force yourself to fit into a 'clique' just make your own friends and act the way you want to. But ANYWAYS
Emo/goth/punk/rocker - typically dress dark with lots of eyeliner and peircings
Preps/populars - stereotyped as good-looking and rich, sometimes mean
Nerds - smart + glasses + braces, you've seen the movies
Jocks - sporty and buff, date the preps
Outcasts - may be ugly or stupid, or not all there
'Mediums' - don't really fit into a group, sometimes called wannabes
Just remember that these are labels, and most of the time people in these groups have contrasting personalities. I'm in middle school, and I have nice friends from every single one of these groups. So don't go labeling everyone you see, there's so much more on the inside.
