The Stihl 026 Pro has a 44mm X 32 MM bore and stroke 48.7 cc 2.96 c.i. with about 3.2 h.p.
The Stihl MS 260 has a 44.7mm X 32 MM bore and stroke 50.2 cc 3.06 c.i. with about 3.2 h.p.
The figures I have here I found on several different internet links.
Hope this answers your question.
Thanks. Bryan
the 026 pro is a newer version
Myusual go-to site does not list any of the MS series units, but I can link you to the manual, if that will do.
The Stihl 036 Pro is 61.5cc with a 34mm stroke, 48mm bore, and makes 4.6 horsepower at 9500 rpm.
The mixing ratio using Stihl brand oil is 50:1 or 2.6 oz. oil per gallon of gas. Stilhl oil is recommended though a name brand oil for another air-cooled equipment brand could be substituted. Most are the same ratio.

.025:1, gas to oil
More than likely the needle valve is bad or the float is sticking
