What can you do about a 1999 Camry alarm that go off at odd times armed or disarmed?

You have to check all sensors. It sounds like one of the is stuck or failing, or just a bad electrical contact. I would start from the door sensors and the shock sensor if have one.

I'm sure of it. My 2012 Camry's alarm went off three times in about minutes. I checked my doors, trunk and hood. All I could find was the driver interior light on. I am going to test this tomorrow. Since turning the light off, no alarm.

Yes! The three blinks indicate the system is armed and all doors are locked. If the lights do not flash, then a door is open. The single light flash upon unlocking tells you the system is disarmed.
