If you are unfortunate enough to have lost the combo - MOST common combination
padlocks are cheap enough to just cut off and replace.
Otherwise, call a locksmith and discuss the problem - if the lock is important and
you want to save it they can help you out.
You can also call Master Lock Co. Be prepared to PROVE the lock is yours with
a notarized letter and some time on your hands to send it to them.
