What these two forget is you can't open your web browser which means you get download the software that they want you to run. But fortunately you have me at your dispense. First you want see if one of your friends has a spyware software or a windows live onecare CD lying around. If they do install it on your infected computer. Seeing how this is your only hope because you can't run an online scan use whatever you can find.
Your other possibility is to use another computer and save another browser like firefox on a CD. Once you do you can copy the browser to your hard drive. and then use it to visit trendmicro.com. Once there run housecall
