You can do plenty of things on a ds. You can Picto Chat which allows you to communicate with other people close by.(like 52 feet) If you have purchased ds games, you can play those. You can also download games from people close by. A good example is Mario cart. The person who has the game can let you download it from them. The DS IS AWESOME (until its rendered obsolete)
You put either a game boy or Nintendo DS game in one of the back slots, turn it on by either using the on button on the front when its open by the arrow keys, or on the side where there's a switch. then when you press/flip that, it should turn on. click the screen. now click either the gba game, or the ds game on the main menu to play.
WHAT CAN YOU DO ON A Nintendo DSi!!?? You're kidding me. The DSi comes with a camera with lens you can edit and mess with (isn't that cool!?) and comes with a sound editor so you can mess with your voice (isn't that also cool!?), also with internet Browser (actually you have to buy this on the DSi Shop but it's free! but can't view videos except for one website {but the website doesn't give sound}), and you can download games from the internet in the DSi Shop (which is also pre-installed) called DSiWare (but costs Nintendo points so you have to buy them using money, too bad). Fortunately, the Flipnote Studio DSiWare game is also FREE!, DS Download Play, and also comes with a video that shows you how to enjoy connecting the Nintendo DSi with internet. Also comes with PictoChat, system settings, and you can still play DS games on it (but not GBA games anymore, which is different from the DS Lite, but who needs GBA games, they're old!), and you'll notice the AC Adaptor is way different than the DS Lite. And that's about it! But don't forget that the Nintendo 3DS is coming out maybe 2011 or late 2010, I dunno but BUY IT! I wish I could explain about the 3DS but I guess I talked a lot but look for information about it but I do know that the games look 3D without the need for 3D glasses! Sayounara, DSi newbies!
On the Nintendo DSi you can take pictures with 2 cameras one facing you and one facing the opposite direction. You can also play with your pictures when you take them and send them, receive them, and copy them onto an SD card slot which is located on the right side on the DSi. You may also save them to the SD card instead of saving them onto the DSi. There is also a sound feature on the Nintendo DSi which allows you to make 18 10 second long voice records and you can play with them. If you insert an SD card with music files on it you can play with that too!! You can also do Pictochat which was on the previous Nintendo DS system, the Nintendo DS lite but now with multi-colour writing!!!! You can connect to the Internet, go to the DSi store, and plays Nintendo DSi/DS have fun with your DSi.
Attention: You can NOT play Nintendo Game Boy games on the Nintendo DSi.
You can play every game for the ds. The dsi games aren't special.
Yes, you can, but not both systems at the same time.
no but you can play Nintendo advance games on a Nintendo ds
no you can only use Nintendo games on Nintendo ds/Nintendo ds lite.
You can't downgrade your Nintendo DS system.
The Nintendo DS lite system was first released in March 2006. This is a handheld game system consisting of two screens and is a lighter version of the previous Nintendo DS.
Let's think for a moment, your asking how to use a Nintendo Dsi system on a Ds LITE.
yes you can use Nintendo ds games in a dsi
The Nintendo DS, unlike the PSP and PS3, can not be connected to the Wii.
No there is currently no way to hook up a Nintendo Ds to a Nintendo Wii system.
The use of the Y Button on a Nintendo DS system varies with the game. Some games will not use the button at all, and any GBA (Game Boy Advance) games played on a DS will never use the Y Button as the original GBA system did not have one.
yes you can don't worry. you cannot use the ds lite charger on the ds.
No, you cannot use Skype on the Nintendo DS
