Turbos use hot exhaust gases to spin the turbine wheel when the engine is under extreme loads(think a big truck going up a steep hill)the exhaust temperatures rise which makes the turbo work harder these raised exhaust temps (on long haul trucks max exhaust temp before the engine must be down rated is 650 to 750 degrees Celsius) it is these temperatures that cause the turbo to glow red hot
Because the exhaust is not cooling enough before its cycled through the turbo which causes the turbo to heat up and turn red.
Bath to hot
Why do i get red all over when i have a hotflash
its not properly cooling, You should double check the oil lines running from your engine to the turbo, and then check the exhaust to see if there is a blocked catalytic converter.........you should always work on the exhaust before you get crazy with a turbo, all that hot air needs a fast way out.
The back of the turbo, is the turbine. It has the hot exhaust gases flowing thru it. The exhaust gases are 1000+ degrees f. and cause the steel to glow red/yellow when under load.
Yes the dodge charge was offered in red. It is also very easy to modify the color of the dodge charger. Yes, in 1964 the first Dodge Charger was made and it was in Ruby Red. The red car has been Dodge's most famouse version of the Charger since.
zara says that its from drinking Starbucks hot chocs ;)
Lift the seat up all the way and on the right hand side you will see the battery. You will need a battery charger with relatively small clamps. Pull the red plastic cover back from the hot terminal and connect the hot clamp from the battery charger. Then connect the ground clamp to the ground terminal on the battery. Be sure to set your battery charger on 12 volts
There are 2 most common causes of hot or red ears. Having hot ears can mean that you have a fever and it can also mean that your blood pressure is elevated.
Cats eat bats on mats
It depends on the charger. The one I have, all you do is hook up the red clamp to the red pole on the battery, the black clamp to the black pole, then plug the charger in to an outlet. The charger has a gauge on it that tell you when the battery is fully charged. I don't know where to hook the charger
the 64 charger was an experimental car, the charger wasn't built until 1966 but if I remember right the 64 was red.
