Why are there yellowish hairs that are brittle and snap easily on your scrotum?
The yellowish color on the pubic hair on the scrotum is probably urine that has leaked from the urethra on to the scrotum after urination. Continuous and repeated drops can actually stain the pubic hairs. They become brittle because of the high concentration levels contained in urine.
