Any color that is darker than your original blue can be added to make it darker. Using black with any of those colors can also help deepen the blue.

Don't get in the habit of depending on black, though. Black paint tends to make a color bluer as it darkens it. (which is fine for blue) but it can have a devastating effect on other colors
