If baby wipes are gentle enough for a baby's butt, they are certainly safe for a dog's. Using them to clean up your pet's occasional poo do is actually a very smart and good idea.
I don't think that there is an exact amount of wipes each time to use for your butt to be considered clean. Just use as many wipes as you need to make your butt clean. You may want to take a quick look at the wipe once in a while to see how much more you should wipe.
I have no idea, but a toilet that does that would be pretty flippin amazing to have!
yes she wipes her butt on the floor all the time she also licks her head off
Yes Neosporin is safe to use on a dog's ruptured anal sac. You can also use baby wipes to wipe the dog's butt or any medication that the vet prescribes.

A BABY'S BUTT!!!
Not always. Usually they are born head first but sometimes babies can come out the other way which means they can be born butt first. This is called the breech position. When a baby is born this way it can cause problems. If a breeech baby is born naturaly the butt will come out first and if the baby is born this way the baby's head could get stuck. So for most breech babies they are planned to be born by cearsarean section (c section). So for most babies it is better to be born head first instead of butt first.
after she gets done peeing she needs to wipe her self, if shes little she might need help but she takes some toilet paper a and wipes from her vagina to the front if she pees if she poops she wipes from her vagina to the back
