What could be the probleme with a 2006 Silverado that has no hvac when turned on no blower ac or heat any thoughts or suggestions?

Check all of the following...........
1. Power and ground to the blower motor.
2. Blower motor itself.
3. A/C - Heater controller.
4. Lastly scan the vehicles computer to see if the ECM is getting the signal......
