I have attempted to answer this question merely for one simple reason: I have no clue what the question actually means!
First of all, grammatically speaking this is not a question and therefore it cannot have an answer.
Secondly, if this (un)question is to be mended, and rephrased as: from which countries do Libya's tourists come from?
Then the answer would be a piece of cake:
Europe, Russia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and until recently Canada. Tourists from the remaining countries are not able to "tourist" Libya, at the moment, if we take the word "tourist" as a verb.
Islam spread to libya by other countries
Turkey and Italy have controlled Libya in the past.
Algeria and Libya
Egypt is east of Libya while Algeria is west. Tunisia is also northwest of Libya.
Sudan and Libya are countries in Africa. Mongolia is a country in Asia.
The countries who shot at Libya so far are; British, Canada, France, USA.
