The country with the highest literacy rate among Muslim countries is Tunisia, with a literacy rate of around 81%.
The country of Zimbabwe boasts the highest literacy rate on the continent of Africa. Ninety-two percent of Zimbabwe's adult population is literate.
The Philippines. Which has the literacy rate of 93.4% of the population (2009).
The literacy rate of South America is about 94%.
The country with the highest literacy rate is Georgia with 100%. That is an estimate. Other sources cite Canada (99%) and Cuba, Estonia and Poland at 99.8% I believe they're all estimates, though. Armenia has the highest literacy rate. The ratio is higher when its population is compared to the rest of the world. How can it be higher than 100%? (Not that I believe the 100% either) Any credible sources or sites for these numbers? It's been a long time since I've looked into it.
Argentina
Guyana at 98.8%
