it all depends on how your cycle goes each month I give you and example

Lets say your period came on every 28 day of the month for a least the past 6 months

You would count from the day your period start to the next time is due to get your 28 calander lets go with may calander your period came on the the 5th of the month so strart to count starting from the 18th would be you unsafe week. They say a week out of each month is unsafe they say a week because what happens is you ovulate for 3 days and sperm lives inside of you for 72 hours. If you have a short period the you would start OV sooner a longer period later. To use this method your period have to be regular to know your safe days
