An atheist does not believe in miracles as miracles are a suspension of all the normal normal actions in the world for the benefit of a person. An atheist believes in probability, chance (the reason for winning lotteries or avoiding a falling rock), the outcome of bravery, hard work and education (why doctors cure disease and firefighters can rescue babies).
The "big miracles" like the creation of the Universe life are the seen as the result of science and the interaction of chemicals. No divine intervention is needed.
The Bible miracles like changing water to wine, raising the dead, ax heads floating on water and so on are seen as just unsubstantiated stories.
Modern miracles like faith healing, saintly visits, divine instruction are seen as either misinterpreted natural events or stories.
