There is no way to "get someone back" if they truly want to be gone. Often people will wait until they can't take anymore before they leave because breaking up is so difficult. Putting a lot of pressure on someone to show that you've changed, or that things have changed, and that they should try with you again can often backfire. Usually, it's most effective and healthier for you both if you just back off and let nature take its course. This is not easy. But think about how she feels and try to salvage as much of the friendship as you can by being her friend now, and letting her go her own way. Who knows, maybe she'll wonder why you let her go so quickly and come back on her own - which is the only way you'll ever be certain that she won't leave again.
