Pat it on the head and praise it and then when it leaves throw it out. This is perfectly natural behvaior for cats especially females because they do this for their kittens to know what to hunt and eat when they're older. Your cat treats you like a kitten basically.
Simple. Move the mice to a suitable area where the cat cannot get to. Shut the door when exiting and entering the room. You can also scold your cat if it finds them and move the location of the cage. Keep the cage up resonably high so the cat cannot see them as clearly. Put objects around the cage so that the cat cannot jump up to the cage.
, I have 2 cats of my own and I know what ur going through.
um... I suggest NOT a persain, or other lazy cats. Get lean, slick cats. Like simease, Abbisynan, and the best, is if you go to your animal shelter and find the cat that is friendly, but still very energetic, lean and fit. Those cats are hunting MACHIENES! My cat was originally ferrel, with many litters i have hunting, wild-born cats. and their so sweet and cute too!
well you ceep the mouse in a safe place like your closit have the door closd at all times and wen you poot the cat in a room with the door closd you can ceep the door opin
i had that problem before.... just walk on and pretend its not there, and dont feel bad about ignoring it they forget quickly :)
give the cat food and water then take the cat show the cat the food and water let it eat then run back inside very quickactually i think that giving it food and water will make it stick around you should probably just leave it alone and maybe he will leave soon......do not pet it!!!!
cats my pet mualed a cat lol cats my pet mualed a cat lol cats my pet mualed a cat lol cats my pet mualed a cat lol
usually just leave them they can take care of them alone, just make sure they r warm
The smell of a cat living in the house is often enough to scare mice into leaving. If you're talking about pet mice, then yes, you can keep both cats and mice, but if you want to keep your mice feeling safe and happy, don't let your cat wander around in the same room as the mouse cage.
Well i think a girl's pet should be a cat, but what ever pet you think that you are going to love the most go for it and get it. I am a horse fan, but every little girl loves ponies! Maybe an aquatic pet like a fish or a turtle may be good. Or a puppy or a cat. Rats, chinchillas, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs and birds are good pets. Just choose a pet you will love and take proper care of!
You can leave your pet rat alone for 2 days but it is not advisable; attention is key.
get a cat Get a pet snake they eat mice and it is funny to watch, or just get a mouse trap cheaper then a snake and a cat.
Well, your cat may just simply hate mice, or it once got attacked by a mouse at some time in its life.
You can leave your cat with your family or friends or in a boarding cattery and they will look after the cat but you will have to pay the boarding charges
Yes mice can be scared to death as one of my pet mice was scared to death when my cat got it. My cat got it out of its cage and shook it around , but i believe that the mouse died of shock before the cat harmed it.
There is no quarantee, but what I witnessed sofar is that cats somehow know when an animal is a pet and when not. Our cat ate wild mice and birds, but he never was interested in eating our domestic animals. We had hamsters, birds, a parrot and even fishes (in fact he prefered drinking water from the fishbowl) but never ever have I seen him attack them or notice that a fish is missing. I think a cat feels when we love a pet, that he should leave it alone.
maybe. it depends on what condition you leave your pet in. if you leave you pet to go on holiday and it is in a very poor condition then the RSPCA will get involved. If the cat is healthy and it has water and food then you properly won't get into trouble. The best way is to get a friend or family member that you trust and get them to feed you pet.
just tell them its your pet and you'll name it whatever you want. and to leave you alone.
If threatened, frightened, or in pain, yes cats can bite. But most of the time for most cats, they have never bitten any human or animal. When a cat does bite, the cat always has a good reason--including being annoyed or pestered even after giving signs that say, "leave me alone!"
when my cats were small I would ignore them when they tried to wake me up in the middle of the night---also when I'm in the bathroom getting ready for work they try to scratch at the door but I ignore them--now they don't do it--but sometimes you can't ignore them.
i dont know now leave me alone
well if you attack them they will attack you but if you leave them alone you might as well be fine.
