What do you do when your boyfriend and his twin brother become famous and he dumps you?

Try not to look at it as 'dumping you' but the fact that whatever they are famous at they are looking into the future (all stars and sparkle) and are very excited. They aren't thinking straight and are riding high on Cloud 9. Once the novelty wears off (it will after a lot of hard work and realizing with fame comes hard work, heavy schedules and not much private time) he may just contact you again once he comes down to earth. For now it's a good idea to go out with friends and have some fun of your own and then later consider dating someone else. Whether he is cheating or not is not the question. Even if he had to work New Year's Eve night (many people have too) he could have called to let you know. Boyfriends that are worth their salt wouldn't leave their girlfriends at home alone or without a reason for not taking you out. Consider dumping this waste of skin and finding someone else that will treat you with the respect you deserve. If you don't respect yourself and don't stand up with your own set of rules as to how people should treat you then you won't be respected. It appears you let him have his way too often and my guess is he has treated you shabbily more often than not. Get rid of this guy!
