First, unplug it, blow in the socket and plug it back in securely, then try to turn it back on. Then unplug your monitor, blow in the socket and plug it back in securely. This will fix about half of most people's problems. If this doesn't work, you might want to take it to a computer repair store and get them to take a look at it, they will find the problem.
