Well nothing, if the pulse is present the AED will not shock the casualty unless the signal changes (or the pulse stops). Treat for shock and await EMS
Prior to using an AED you should confirm the absence of a pulse.
You then check for breathing & pulse for a maximum of 10 seconds; if no breathing & pulse immediately start CPR and continue CPR until AED re-analyzes.
Use the AED when the pulse is confirmed absent.
