Sell the car "As Is" with no warranty written or implied, and get it in writing. Inform any prospective buyer that you are not warranting the vehicle in any way. Tell any buyer what is wrong with the car and be honest. I cannot stress enough that you must not warranty the vehicle an that you get this is writing. This is a major problem with selling a vehicle. People expect a warranty and expect you to fix the car if something goes wrong. Be honest and straightforward with your dealings with a prospective buyer. You must have a clear title with no lien attached. Do not let a buyer drive the car unless you go with them and make sure you have insurance on the vehicle. Tell the buyer that he can take the car to his mechanic for evaluation to make sure nothing is wrong. Some will but most will not. In other words do all you can to make sure once the car is sold, he cannot come back to you expecting you to repair a vehicle he may have driven for months. That is exactly what people will do. Seen it time and time again. Once you make the sale, do not let the buyer have the car until you have went to the DMV with the buyer and transferred it over into his name. Do not just sign the title and hand it to the buyer. He may wait months to transfer it out of your name. During this time you will still be paying taxes on the vehicle and could be held liable if there is an accident.
Yes, of course i don't know much other than that
go to www.kbb.com and answer the questions and it will let you know the dealer and private seller price.
I don't know if he's catholic but he went/goes 2 a private school in Georgia
Check the seller's feedback.
Only if the seller expressly told you that it did not have a rebuilt title. That would be fraud. Otherwise, it was incumbent upon you to know the history of the car before purchase; while the seller should have disclosed that information, he wasn't legally obligated to do so.
The trade happens in an organized exchange where the buyer and seller do not have to meet. In all probabilities you may not know who is buying the stock you are selling. It could be even your friend or neighbor but it is never known. The price of the stock is decided based on its demand by the exchange in which it is listed.
I don't know, but I do know that Jacksonville University -- a prestigious, small private university on the St. Johns River and minutes from the beach -- does indeed honor the value of the Georgia HOPE Scholarship. Info is at admissions.ju.edu. (KH)
I don't know about all states but in Louisiana a title must be notorized and signed by buyer and seller before it can be registered. Call your local department of motor vehicles for info.
Do some research the next time you decide to sell your car. But know that a private seller is never going to get retail for their car. They are selling "AS IS" with no warranty and therefore the car will not bring what it would at a retail dealer. You can easily find out what any vehicle is worth at NADA online.
Those tags are meant ONLY for the initial retailer/seller of the mattress. Once it is sold and in private hands you may do with it what you want.
You can try with a private seller and try to work a deal with them in order to get a condo for cheap. A realtor can also help you, since they may know some of the inside that are not listed online.
