There are restaurants that go way up in the sky that you can get a window seat and propose on the top of the world so to speak. There are boats and planes and trains that offer beautiful ways to propose. Some times simple is better. I think a really good way is to take her out to dinner one night then after eating go for a stroll to a park or a place where you can hang lights up and have your guys love songing playing then when she is not expecting it get down on one knee and propose
