While in no way should you base your decision off something you found on the internet, I know that outside opinions and ideas are great for helping you to see things you might have missed or never thought off.
As for early the marriage; that is something that only the couple will know. it all depends on how you both feel about it and if you are both strong enough to not give up in a relationship. A good way to smooth that road before you tread it is to see if your financially stable enough to be satisfied, if you can in any way improve your financial standing along the way, if both of you have hashed out the big questions like, "Are we ready for a kid" or "Do we both feel the same way" and even "Will one of us be able to go back to school if the need arises". That last part is only if you think either of you think you haven't gotten enough education prior to the engagement.
Now remember, this is not something that you should solely base your opinion on.
