I believe your understanding ofhe blood/brain barrier is slightly flawed. It is created by the type of blood vessels that supply the brain being largely impermeable, the entire brain isn't kept away form the blood by a barrier there are blood vessels all over it. The vessels that supply the pituitary are far more permable than the ones that suppy the cortex. This is because these vessels must collect the hrmones produced by the gland. In short the answer to yu question is sort of outside but in reality it doens work like that.

Sadly not. They had poor sales for no1 but the Capcom team pushed it on the Ghosts n Goblin heritage and took learnigns from other more successful games to make Army of Zin that was slated by hardcore gamers and critics causign it also to stall. It missed its own "ghost" audience and went for robots. No. 3 was canned in making for not be commerciallby viable with the current formula. Had they doens some market research I am sure it could have been a big hit with older wealthy gamers if it was premium priced and got back to the Maximo 1 basic ghosts and medieval formula we all loved.

( moron talk for institution.) Parents have an awesome security task on their hands, and often fail at it tragically. and it is no myth, Abuse of adopted tots is not uncommon, aklkl the talk iof wicked stepmothers.l.. Child rearing is NOT some sort of part-time hobby! Heavens No!

Thanks mainly to possibly misguided theologians, Divorce is more-or-less a taboo subjec t for juvenile fiction- there have been some problem novels taking it in more or less an individual adjustment angle-but it remains a taboo topic. There are single parent families such as in the Hardy Boys, Tom Swift, and some other serials but the details are muddled- it is never clear if death or divorce caused the split.-and it doens"t figure in the plots to any degree except the He-man atmosphere gravitates towards action and adventure. I am not aware of any juvenile novel, let alone serial novel primarily focused on Divorce. as I said it was a taboo topic- same with TV- it was never clear whether Shirley Partridge (Partridge Family) was a divorcee or a widow. ( it was understood (Julia ) was a war widow, she had a child.
