It could only mean that the person is stupid and thinks they're part of skull & bones. Any true member to that chapter would NOT brand it on their body let alone speak of the organizations existence to non-members. On the flip-side, the number 322 could have another meaning to the person. Perhaps their birthday, street number, etc.
