I can't tell you exactly what it means in your exact situation, but I would say if that is what you are hearing to leave the guy. He is using you in someway or another. You need to ask yourself...does he really love me for everything that I am or just for one or two little things. If is it the latter then I'd move on.
Sounds like an awkward rather tactless way of letting you know that he's attracted to you. If he'd been acting like you don't exist before, it may be that he only just worked up the nerve to approach you.
If a guy acts like you don't exist, but all of the sudden tells you that something you do is a huge turn on, what does that sound like to you? To me it sounds like that only one thing you do makes him go crazy. To me this means that it's not you he likes, it's just that one action. Maybe you could try talking to him and ask him if that was a hint that he likes you or if he was just commenting on something you did. (I guess it all depends on what you did though) ;) Good luck!
It means he's unstable, and he's probably just interested in sex. Don't bother with him.
