If your lower stomach hurts and you are bleeding from your vagina, well most answers you will get, is you have your period. Your menstrate cycle has began, and in will end it 5 -7 days depending on how heavy your periods are. Now, your not going to die, so relax. It's just your body telling you, your becoming more a women. The pain can be a minor pain, to excruciating, depending on your physical exercise you do and your body type, it varies from every women. For me, I get very bad pains, and normal lasts for 2 days the pain.
