My advice would be to go and see your Doctor Who will perform a few tests on you to see what this is.
Without having no test results it is hard to know what this is. However these are the symptoms of Thrush, when itching a lot and sometimes pain during sex or urination and an increased amount of discharge which can look a little like cottage cheese.
However I cannot be certain of this and the only advice anyone can give you is to go and see your local GP
