I would imagine this is social phobia, since if i was afraid to cry, it would be because i wouldn't want anyone to notice me. try to find the reason they are scared of crying, then use that phobia as well to form a diagnoses.

it depends. they could just be thinking about something sad, but crying with no obvious reason may mean depression. Crying not because of emotion or when somethings in your eye may mean some kind of ocular problem, specifically the tear ducts
First of all you should try to know the reason... that why is the baby crying! Maybe he is hungry, or is not feeling well, etc. If he is crying without any reason then you can: >give him his toys or make diffrent types of noises, which can break his attention! >or take him out in the garden,and show him diffrent things like birds flying,etc. >or just start jumping,making silly faces before him!!!! well a good way to break his attention from crying!{not a very good idea as the baby can even start crying more loudly} to stick sauls dick in its mouth
