Migrated disposition refers to a legal action in which a person is charged in one jurisdiction, then the charge is dropped so another jurisdiction can pursue the charges. This is often used in RICO actions.
1) Migrated disposition means that person was charged in one court system, E.g. county or state then dropped and picked up by another court system, E.g. federal. As different court systems combined there cases together into one case E.g. Rico act = Two or more separate crimes committed with the same accomplis or persons. See Rico act.

2) The defendant's case was disposed of and/or he/she was then transferred either to another court due to a warrant outstanding, or, if the defendant was an illegal immigrant, to ICE for deportation.
