Natural vitamin K is a healthy essential nutrient- not a drug. Kitamine is a drug. It is NOT vitamin K. Two main types of vitamin K: K1 (in leafy greens) and K2 (two main types of K2; one from meats for blood vessels, other fermented soy, helps bones.
