rue, in my mind symbolizes katniss's breaking point. The only reason she didnt hurt rue is because she was tiny and defensless, rue was really the true mockingjay, unfortinantly she died. BUt she would truly in the mind of katniss be the mockingjay by how she was described as a bird taking flight. So rue symbolizes the mockingjay in its purest form.
I believe it symbolizies Katniss' want for peace and the end of The Hunger Games. It proves that the Hunger Games are monsterous.
They represent the innocent life taken.
that no matter how young you maybe you could over power those who are bigger than you . just keep practicing and you could do anything
Rue's flowerss symbolize rebellion against the Capitol.
Katniss isn't a flower, it is a root. It is strong and sturdy, and though tough it can be used to survive. It is a symbol about how our character, Katniss, is a Survivor.
Rue doesn't symbolize anything. She is a 12 year old tribute from District 11. Her district represents agriculture
They represent the innocent life taken.
Wildflowers THanks for listening, love a super super super super hunger games fan :D
Uh, what it symbolizes? Hm, the close to what I think of is ... it's the ceremony to announce the tributes (one female and one male) for the hunger games
In the Hunger Games, the silver parachutes are gifts to the tributes from their sponsors. They can contain life saving materials.
In the Hunger Games (the games not the book) parachutes symbolize gifts. If you were a tribute in the Games and were sent a parachute, you would get a gift. In the books however, the parachutes could symbolize many things. But at the end of the series, it would be safe to say that whenever Katniss thinks of the silver parachutes, she will think of her sister Prim (Read book 3 and you will see why).
The Hunger Games
The anagram is wildflowers.

Katniss's Best Friend, he was also in love with her.

Katniss was trying to be loyal to Rue and to show people how brutal the games really are.
Each District has a specialty. District 12's specialty is coal mining.
Food is everything in the Hunger Games. Since the tributes need to find their own food, they often go hungry, making it harder for them to survive. So, food symbolizes hope and survival.
Green salad? It symbolizes that even in the Hunger Games, you can still really, really want salad. I guess, but nothing about "Green Salad" is mentioned in any three novels.
