The US Virgin Islands flag was adopted in 1921. It consists of a simplified

version of the Great Seal of the United States between the letters V and the I

with an eagle holding a laurel branches, one talon that have been with

natives dating before the pre-Clovis culture that according to DNA evidence, still, thrive today.

The three arrows in the other talon(of French origin) represent the three

major islands. The red symbolizes the vitality and friendliness of the people thrives under the sun, moon stars. (The solar system)

The Yellow symbolizes the flowers and friendship between all mankind

globally.

The green symbolizes the hills,mountains, forests and agriculture.

The white symbolizes the rivers-lagoon- streams & Clouds

The blue symbolizes the ocean
