∙ 12y agoGo to Mt. Silver after you get the 16 badges from Johto and Kanto and by the Pokemon center (down and left) using Surf there is a Pokeball and in it is a Reaper Cloth. If a Dusclops is holding it and you trade the pokemon you will get a Dusknoir.

∙ 11y agoI can't remember exactly but if you find the sage in Route 14 eventually if you follow the paths and stuff I think you find it. If not it's in the Abundant Shine somewhere. Try using the Dowsing Machine in those two places and look for the Pokeballs. Sorry I can't be more specific!
It is next to the last waterfall before the abundant shrine. Mismagious LOVES this item.
