Sounds like one of your lights is out. Probably rear brake light. Left, I'm guessing. Ignore that answer, the right one is: 'This means that your Cat. Converter on your exhaust (muffler) needs replacing. Honda monitor the temp of the Cat. as a guide to how blocked it is. You either need a replacement (costly) or if somewhere like NZ where they are not compulsary then you can just have them replaced with a bit of pipe. It will be ok to use for a bit but get it replaced as it causes the exhaust values to run hot
