Several things, as it does in English:
'will' as future tense (e.g. I will go to the theatre tomorrow)
'will' as in 'Last Will and Testament'
'Will' short for 'William'
'will' meaning 'strength of intent'
Because the first of these, in particular, is the most-frequently-used, but is complicated to explain unless you know some Spanish, please be more specific as to which you mean.

I think what you mean is "What is the Spanish word for let?" because the word "let" is an English word, not Spanish. The Spanish word for "to let" is permitir. "Let me" is "permítame."
