I suppose one could also use a product like New Skin, but having used it myself I can tell you it burns! For ingested medications, vitamin K thickens the blood and reverses the effects of medicines like Coumadin. Lasix or HCTZ can also thicken blood, but this is not their intended purpose. Finally, nicotine also thickens the blood, but I'd advise against using it for this!
Rather than taking drugs, you should apply direct pressure and go to the hospital if the bleeding does not stop quickly. If you need a drug to help the bleeding stop, then a doctor can help you with that at the hospital. That type of clotting agent isn't something that people should be messing with without a doctor's advice.
