there is nothing you can cut out of your diet to lose weight for any certain body part. when you eat your body distrubits the fat and calories in a pre-determined (genetic) way. the best you can do is lower your fat and calorie intake if your overeating or pigging on junk food, stay away from saturated and trans fat as much as possible as these fats are more likely to be burned last, so more likely to be stored in your body, and EXERCISE!!! anything that works your lower body is great, like rollerblading, swimming, fast walking, or simply leg lifts and such you can do at home(squats and lunges are the best). this will increase muscle, which burns more fat and looks ALOT sleeker and leaner than jiggly fat. also try to get some cardio in 3-4 times a week, this will burn calories all over and improve your body all over. good luck!

That depends if you eat to much junk food such as McDonalds/Big Mac. If you eat healthy foods, including your body you will get skinny.
