The only fuse I could find listed is # 24 - 15 amp - for cigar lighter , OBD II , neutral tow in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side ( owners manual )
Cigar accessories could include a humidor to store your cigars , a variety of cigar-cutters , a lighter specifically designed for lighting a cigar and a case to carry a few cigars .
Most likely the fuse is blown, many cars have the cigar lighter and the radio on the same circut.
You have a short in your system somewhere. It's ussually the cigar lighter, but it could be any of those components. Try unplugging the cigar lighter and see if that helps.
Check fuse # 17 in the fuse panel (on the driver's end of the dash - cover is visible with the driver's door open ) it is a 20 amp fuse for the cigar lighter / Data Link Connector. If the fuse is good it could be a bad electrical connection or the lighter itself

You could if you have an inverter that can change 12 VDC to 120 VAC. Just plug it into the cigar lighter socket. On the back of the inverter there will be a 120 volt receptacle built into the inverter. Check the load of what you want to plug into it to ascertain that you purchase the correct size of inverter. <><><><><> Keep in mind that power is power, and a typical cigar lighter socket puts out about 72 watts. The inverter will only be able to do less than that.
bad fuse, loose or disconnected wire, bad cigar lighter base. Try replacing the 20 amp fuse marked "locks" in the inside fuse panel located on the passengers side.
Vibration could cause it to jump as from a minor earthquake or washing machine.
How to fix the cigar lighter on your Celebrity depends on what is wrong with it. I can't tell from here what is wrong with it, but one of these should do it: It may simply have a blown fuse. If so replace the fuse. The wiring could have failed, again replace the wiring. If the socket is corroded, rusty or has failed altogether then replace the socket. If the lighter itself is failed then replace the lighter.
