Vinegar is acetic acid, Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. When these two are mixed, an acid-base neutralization reaction takes place with the evolution of Carbon dioxide gas (as bubbles).
CH3COOH + NaHCO3 -----> CH3COONa + H2O + CO2
People DO drink vinegar. Maybe not a whole glass full, but Vinegar and Oil dressing, pickle juice, etc contain vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is used as a home remedy for digestive issues. I'm not a doctor and do not recommend drinking (like a glassful) vinegar, as I would think it would cause a bellyache.
Well if you swallowed a little, then it won't affect you a lot. IF not, and you drank vinegar(which would be a stupid idea), then you would have discomfort and stomach aches because vinegar is extremely acidic....expeciallly if you consume too much. Vinegar can burn or scar your inside tissues and organs
You get sick and burp alot.

Not much will happen if you mix baking soda with water. If you mix it with vinegar something will happen. Vinegar is more acidic.

You put baking soda on a spoon then put it in your mouth and add vinegar. Then you're supposed to swallow the baking soda and vinegar. Go look it up on YouTube. However, there could be health risks. Caution must be taken to avoid rupturing the stomach. Allowing vinegar to contact the teeth can contribute to tooth decay.

Baking Soda and Vinegar combinedmake a fizzing reaction when the Acetic acid in the vinegar reacts with Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda).
Baking soda and vinegar!
The more vinegar to baking soda, the better. I only tested up to 1 part baking soda/5 parts vinegar. Also, add the baking soda to the vinegar, not the other way around.
A balloon containing vinegar and baking soda will inflate due to the formation of carbon dioxide gas from the chemical reaction between the vinegar and baking soda.
