Some artemesia herbs may. Try Tansy or Sweet Annie. Don't expect a dramatic result... just picture you trying to eat your dinner while I'm spraying old spice around the room. You might loose your appetite, but I doubt you'll stop eating if you are hungry. Deer won't eat Teasel. If you could plant a hedgerow of Teasel, it might keep them out.
